The most visited museum showcases the past, present and future of mobility
The Lucerne Museum of Transport is the most famous museum in Switzerland. It includes various exhibits, theme parks, and simulations. The Museum of Transport in Lucerne also is one of the most comprehensive mobility museums in Europe. The museum is with its display areas of road transport, rail, navigation (water) and aviation. The wide outdoor area complete with lake and playing facilities make it an experience in any weather condition.
Visitors can also enjoy documentaries in XXL format displayed in the film theater in Switzerland’s largest film screen, Switzerland’s biggest art planetarium. It offers a 360-degree flight to the stars and virtual reality. Visitors can understand the process of making cocoa bean into the famous Swiss chocolate by a multimedia journey through the Swiss Chocolate Adventure.
